Like, 16-yr-olds are portrayed by the media to be these emotionally-confused, rebellious teenagers who tries so hard to fit in with their peers and conquer their crushes because THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS IN LIFE AT THAT AGE
And don't forget their perfect outlooks: long legs, hour-glass bodies, flawless skin with NO imperfections like acne or scars or whatever and neatly-styled hair 24/7. Not to mention a lot of them looks like FUCKING ADULTS omfg
And then there's me:
Terribly ugly with zit-covered skin and scars, stretchmarks all over my body
Has been mistaken PLENTY of time for a junior-high-scholar
The biggest weirdo you'll ever meet and I give no fucks about other people's judgement on how I "am not like them"
Have no intention of getting into a relationship because it's not the most important thing in the world
Great relationship with my parents
Also, I keep noticing how many of these guys have their hands on the most modern of electronics while over here, the phone I'm using has been through 2 owners and still functions like a dream.

Thats because on tv most teens end up being played by 20-some year olds. Yeah I use a galaxy and I don't have the newest. I just upgrade when mine dies to whatever is cheapest/does what I need it to do. People around me don't even wait for their phone to give out. They just update as soon as the new one comes out. @_@

I had been stepped all over by people in highschool looking to be more popular. Then they graduate and guess what? They're no ones with no real friends cause they treated everyone else like trash and had superficial relationships. Just sit back, enjoy it, and laugh at anyone who takes it too seriously.
